CW lodging

Any recommendations for lodging for a mother/daughter trip to CW--we would like to stay within walking distance. Mom is early 60s, daughter is early 30s. We are open to hotels or B and Bs.

Thanks!

Williamsburg Inn, the the Lodge if you want an official CW property, maybe a colonial house, know that some of the houses are on main roads and near bus stops, so the noise may be a factor. Same noise issue with Governor%26#39;s - although there it%26#39;s the train - I%26#39;ve had visitors complain about both.

If not a CW property a B%26amp;B might work.

No question first choice is The Inn

Thanks for the info! Any B%26amp;B recommendations?

If you want a CW property, the Woodlands is a nice hotel. It is located at the Visitors%26#39; Center with access to the CW shuttle bus system. If you want to stay in CW, then a colonial home would work for you. Check the CW website for the colonial homes, and you can take a virtual tour and see pictures of each.

There are several good B%26amp;B%26#39;s in the area. Look at the ';Hotels %26amp; Accommodations'; link to the left. Then look at the B%26amp;Bs/Inn category. If you narrow it down to a handful, you%26#39;ll get some good recommendations. So much depends on your budget and expectations, and requirements.
