Colonial Inn apparently under new management

Though we haven%26#39;t stayed there, another innkeeper in the area told me this about the Colonial Inn:

';The Fredericksburg Colonial Inn is under new ownership and the rooms are being renovated. The previous Innkeeper is no longer there and the atmosphere has changed.';

This comment was in reply to my concerns about all the abysmal reviews of the place on this site.

It is now the Old Silk Mill Inn. In case you still have questions after all these months.
