I am traveling to CW tommorrow with my 4 children for a week. We are staying at the Wyndam Kingsgate and my kids are 8yo,6yo, 4yo and 2yo. I am also pregnant so I don%26#39;t want to do tons and tons of walking. I read the guide books but I am lost of which places would be best with kids my kids ages. Any help would be wonderful. I don%26#39;t know if I should do the 6-4-1 or America%26#39;s Historical Triangle tickets. There is a huge price difference. Thanks so much for any help you can give me!!
What type of ticket package we should get?You want the Historic Triangle tickets. The 6-4-1 includes Busch Gardens, which is closed for the season. The Historic Triangle tickets give you access to Colonial Williamsburg, both Jamestown sites, and both Yorktown sites.
What type of ticket package we should get?Is this cheaper than buying tickets individually? Also, all five of these attractions require tickets?
Thanks!!
tnvol24, Yes to both questions. Although you can walk around CW, visit the retail shops, eat at the taverns, etc., you miss a lot by not having a ticket to Colonial Williamsburg. See this link for a previous discussion thread: http://tinyurl.com/32vgw7
All of the other sites require passes/tickets. Let us know if we can help further.
Is there one ticket that lets you into all sites. Someone mentioned the Historic Triangle pass, but I couldn%26#39;t find it after seaching on the internet. They either require a hotel booking or don%26#39;t include CW, Jamestown and Yorktown. Thanks
Try www.gowilliamsburg.com and click on tickets, you can see all the ticket options (including Historic Triangle) based on the dates you will be visiting. Good luck.
I%26#39;d call CW to confirm, but I recall buying a 6-4-1 ticket and getting a free ticket (w/the same privileges) for my 3 yr old.
