I%26#39;m flying into Newport News for the 1/2 marathon in Virginia Beach on Labor Day weekend - I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a bus or other public transportation options to get from the Newport News airport to the Virginia Beach Area. I%26#39;m flying in on Friday and flying back Labor Day and I%26#39;m staying at the Doubletree in Virginia Beach. Any suggestions?

Sorry to say, we don%26#39;t have good public transportation between the cities. I checked www.greyhound.com and it does not look like that would be an option (no airport pick up, closest is Ft Eustis). On the airport website, www.nnwairport.com, check out ground transportation for taxi%26#39;s and other options.
