My husband and I are traveling with my inlaws to Williamsburg next Saturday, 3/15 for 5 days. We would appreciate any suggestions for Sunday brunch since we will be tired after a full day of travelon Saturday. Any other suggestions for dining in the area would be great also. My inlaws are older and therefore we would prefer simple, moderate and casual settings. Not looking for romantic dinners for two this trip. Also, does anyone know about the murder mystery dinners in the area? I see some advertised. They look fun.
Williamsburg Sunday Brunch and diningBrunch at Colonial Williamsburg%26#39;s Regency Room is a very elegant affair. Breakfast/Brunch at the Lodge is a little more casual. The Blue Talon Bistro has a brunch that is ordered from the menu rather than a buffet. Seasons is another restaurant in Merchants Square that does a Sunday brunch buffet.
Sorry, I can%26#39;t help with the murder mystery dinner.
Williamsburg Sunday Brunch and diningAbout two years ago we attended a murder mystery held at the Raddison (I believe) on route 60. The four-course dinner was just okay-about $60.00 per person, but the murder mystery itself was a lot of fun. You will be seated at a table for approximately 10...it was enjoyable to meet and talk to other visitors and residents of Williamsburg.
Do you want to stay just in the CW immediate area? If so try The Inn.
