Sorry, not familiar with the condos but GSH (Goodman Segar Hogan) has been in this area for probably 50 years. Good Luck.

I rented from GSH realty for about 4 years in Newport News(never stayed at Kamla Condos however). I found their Property Management department to be pretty good.

But, FYI, I found their Realty department was NOT good, %26amp; tended to view both tenants %26amp; perspective buyers as impersonal numbers (could have just been the particular realtor we had to deal with, of course, but I%26#39;ve heard the same thing from another buyer about another realtor for GSH as well. Just an FYI)
