Chinese restaurant with banquet facilities

Does anyone have a suggestion for a Chinese restaurant that has banquet facilities? I am planning a reunion and need one that will accommodate 50 to 75 people. Close to the beach would be a plus.

I have not been to the last two but heard good comments. Town Center is located about 6-8 miles from the oceanfront. Another consideration is the Chinese Community Center of Hampton Roads, they rent their banquet hall and you could have dinner catered (could also do this at a hotel).
