I don%26#39;t believe it goes to Frankies. They are out on Va. Beach Blvd....quite a ways and tucked in behind other businesses.

The bus goes from the oceanfront to downtown Norfolk along Va beach Blvd. -this is Route 20. Get off at stop #7 Va Beach Blvd. and s. Plaza Trail - you will actually be right across the street from the shopping center that has Frankies in it. The shopping center has a Sams Club and a Harris Teeter supermarket. Frankies is located kind of behind and to the side of Bonefish Grill.

Unless it moved or closed there is a Frankies off of Laskin that you could walk to from an oceanfront hotel. 32nd street turns into Laskin.

Frankies moved when the Hilton was being built. It has been out on Va. Beach Blvd for about 2 yrs now.

It still lists it locally as 408 Laskin, but you could be right. I haven%26#39;t been to it in years, so I might have overlooked the move.

Yep, they moved a couple of years ago. It was an empty building last summer when I was there. Here is their website.
