The Marriott also has both. Most of the hotels are close to attractions so if your favorite chain has both pools it should be fine.

If you want to go the timeshare route: King%26#39;s Creek Plantation has very nice indoor and outdoor pools. Right next to Water Country USA and 5 min to BG.
