Best hotel downtown close to restaurants for under $125?

Hi...will be our first trip to Charlottesville for a weekend, but on a budget! We would like to know the best possible choice for a hotel within walking distance of the cool restaurants and Cafe%26#39;s near the Omni and out door mall downtown? I put a budget of no more then $125 per night. Do not know if this is realistic but would like to be close to all of that for eating and night time strolling and shopping. Any feedback would be much appreciated!! Thanks

The only place that I can think of that might possibly meet your criteria is the Red Roof Inn (1309 West Main Street). About $100 a night. And it%26#39;s a fairly easy walk to the downtown mall from there.

Check out the Omni for deals %26amp; promotions though. They have a promotion for Sunday night stays called their ';Sensational Sundays Package'; for $129.
