Things to do for 25 y/o first time in Ocean City
I see this is your first posting. There is a forum for OC Maryland. You can get a lot more info there. That being said, I have stayed at the Cayman Suites OC. It probably is the most affordable suites hotel on the ocean side of the highway you can get. It is not oceanfront, but there is just a very short block to walk to the beach. Not at all bad if you want to be on the oceanside and save some money. The livingroom/kitchen area was very small, so small the dining table only had two chairs. The size will OK for two people, but more than that, eating will involved sitting on the couch to eat. The kitchenette does not have full size refridgerator or sink, and had just two burners (no oven). But if you don%26#39;t plan on doing a lot of cooking in the place it will do. The bedroom and bathroom was a OK size. You get a balcony that faces the highway. The pool was fine and the staff was probably the friendliest I have ever encountered. You get complimentary beach chairs and towels ( until they run out) which I really liked.
I would recommend this place if having a lot of room is not an issue with you. It is all the way up on 125 th street, which is far from where most of the ';action'; is for a 25 yr. old, but you can easily get the bus right in front of the hotel to travel down to the lower numbers, or drive. Everything is off the main highway in OC.
I%26#39;m always been there with kids, so I can%26#39;t help you with where to hang. I have been to Seacrets, which is popular there, and Fish Tales. Both are on the water and hang outs for single crowd when it gets late. Both are very colorful.
