Boys Ages 11,8 & 6

What are the best attractions where the kids can get involved. The commercials I see have the children in some costumes, marching etc... Does this really go on and if so what are some of the things they can interact with. I will be there in July for 8 days/7 nights and will be doing Busch Gardens %26amp; Water country USA. We have purchased the 7-4-1 package for the 5 of us. Thanks in advance for any/all responses.

I think you can rent costumes at the Visitors%26#39; Center or Market Square in the middle of town.

Yes, CW has costume rental available. The kids can enlist in the militia and get training at the Magazine. They can march along behind the Fife and Drum corps. The Powell house has children%26#39;s programs and activities. At the nursery, kids can help water the plants, and at the brickyard, kids can stomp in the mud and help make the bricks. There are game playing opportunities on the Palace Green. You can check online for scheduled programs, and more information will be available in ';This Week,'; a map/brochure of the week%26#39;s programming, once you arrive.
