first timer to VB

I%26#39;ll be going to VB April 14 to the 18 th with my husband and two boys, 11 and 13. Could people give me info on what is open on the boardwalk during this time of year. Is it everything? or are many of the businesses only seasonal ? Are there any arcades there for the kids ? Can you rent bikes to ride on the boardwalk ? Does anyone know of any skateboard parks in VB ?

If anyone knows of any good family friendly restaurants, I would appreciate that info also. We will be staying at the Springhill Suites, so anyplace we could walk to would be a plus, but we are always willing to drive for some good food.

Mount Trashmore Skate Park is located in the northeast corner of the park, where numerous professional skateboarders have made appearances, including Tony Hawk[citation needed]. The 24,000-square-foot (2,200 m²) skate park features an extensive street course including an above-ground, seven-foot deep bowl. The park also has a competition-sized vert ramp over 13 feet (4.0 m) tall and 40 feet (12 m) wide.

The Boardwalk is always open because it%26#39;s just that - a walk. It%26#39;s not like Ocean City with shops and arcades. VB%26#39;s shops, etc are on Atlantic Avenue. There will be some businesses open but some are just seasonal.

There are arcades at Jungle Golf (junglegolf.com) and at Shore Break (shorebreakvb.com)

Cherie%26#39;s Bike %26amp; Blade Rentals has 7 or so locations along the boardwalk. You should be able to find one close to SpringHill Suites.

Thanks for the info. Mount Trashmore and Jungle Golf are just what my kids are were looking for to do.
